To help adults improve the quality of sleep, naturally using a 3 step process.
Adequate sleep (7-8 hours restorative sleep):
Therefore, healthy living must involve healthy sleep. Healthy eating, healthy movement, healthy thinking and healthy environment without healthy sleep will not get you the life you want.
Sleep is the answer to so may health problems. There is no single aspect of your mental, physical and emotional health that is not influenced by sleep.
I am fascinated with natural and holistic options to optimize your sleep. Sleep is not an isolated element. When you are unable to sleep, it is another way for the body to alert you that something is unnatural “wrong”. All elements negatively affecting your sleep must be addressed first in order to restore your sleep (Holistic).
Solving your sleep issues will change your life and glad to be apart of your journey to better health and vitality.

It all started at 22 years old I had just won a prestigious scholarship to live and study in Canada. Transitioning from not doing much to being full time student, working and volunteering part time. I felt like I needed 36 hours in a day to complete everything I needed to do in a day. Then I discovered caffeinated drinks, coffee and energy drinks and basically, anything else caffeinated. It looked like I found the secret to productivity, keeping myself awake so I could keep up with my responsibilities and deadlines. But there was one problem, actually a number of problems: I was sleep deprived, I felt exhausted and miserable. I found it hard to concentrate, had foggy break, I was losing things from poor memory, let alone recalling what I had learned. Of course, I missed several important deadlines.
One weekend, I crashed into my bed, literally. I know that because I woke up feeling so refreshed and energized, a feeling I hadn't had for weeks. Then of course, feeling like I had missed out on studying while sleeping. I resumed studying right away. Then I could sense the sharp focus, I retained the information better and spend 50% less time studying the same amount of information. This awareness was a beginning of transformation to absolutely no caffeine( it is not like it worked for me any way:) and focusing and prioritizing a good night sleep night after night. As I focused on having high quality sleep, I became more organized and efficient in navigating my responsibilities. I was less overwhelmed and successful in my academic results. I have earned 2 degrees, prestigious scholarships, numerous certification and managed a stressful stressful life. I credit many things for my success but I could not have done it as well as I did without adequate and high quality sleep.
10 years later I am working to help you get a good night sleep so that you can change your life. My story is just one example on how good night sleep can change your life. There many more stories out there. Join the sleep revolution.
